What did *I* do???

Tusday after work at the carousel, I went over to Meijer. We needed Milk and I wanted to get some more Mountain Dew. It was also important that I go there, so that I could talk to my managers, to ask if I was to do the kits the next day.

They were not in, which did not surprise me, so I wrote a note to leave for the next morning.

It looked as though the office was locked, so I found the SC and the Trainer..who was helping with SC. {this is the trainer who was a manager for a few months over two years ago, the first time I worked there. When they dont have a night time manager she is on…and kinda ACTS as a manager.}

I asked her {the trainer} if she would put the note in a place where it would be found the next day. She said she would, but then handed it to the SC to go put it in the office {turns out it was NOT locked…just closed up} And that is when it started!! :D

So first he takes the note and trys to look at what I wrote…and says, “Is this your two week notice? Please?” He said it a few more times as I pretended to be hurt over it.

Then he looks in the cart and sees that I have purchased flowers. He tries really hard to see them…without taking them out of the basket or bag! {lifting the side of the bag to see them, but not taking them out.} I took them out of the bag and let him see them, explaining that they were for a friend going through a hard time. {Chris} He then starts to say how purple is the wrong colour to buy….cause both it and white…are for death! lol!!

DEATH! He said my flowers meant death! How could he say that I got death flowers??? I told him that no, purple did not mean death….black meant death…and black was the colour of flowers I was buying for him!! :P NOW, I have to make a black paper flower before I see him next.

I work with such dorks! Man is it fun! :D

It is funny.,…..sometimes it seems as though I never left, cause many of the people that started working after I did leave, act as if they know me now that I am back. It is pretty neat. {When I took the bag off the flowers so the SC could see them, a guy I worked with at the desk the other day walked up and said “aw! You got me flowers! How nice of you!!”}
